Like so many rappers, this dancehall queen gets over on music--irrepressible Augustus Pablo, live and computer drums out of nowhere, the explosive spunk of a delivery rich in interjection, admonition, whoop, holler, and sound effect. Lyrically, she loves Africa and "intelligence" but thinks the space invaders on the Challenger had it coming. B+
